Return & Exchange Policy – MORIE

At MORIE, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensures a simple and transparent process to resolve any issues.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the order details.

  • The item is unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • You must provide a valid purchase receipt or order number as proof of transaction.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that show signs of use or have been worn.

  • Items without original packaging or missing components.

  • Items purchased during final-sale promotions (unless defective).

  • Items returned after the 7-day period.


3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via email or hotline within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided return address.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error, MORIE will cover the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you choose an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as the returned item is approved.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos showing the defect or wrong product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
